I cant find where PSS says he is doing a IPO to raise money. Link please to article explaining a IPO is his only option and therefore he will never use this KEYO shell that he owns 80%. I dont know how much he owned of other company neomedia so cannot comment on similarities or not. My DD is on KEYO, Patrick Soon Shiong and thier connection.
