Pervasip didn't acquire Canalytix or Plaid Canary.
Kevin Kreisler is and was the owner of Canalytix and Plain Canary, and chose Pervasip as the new host for those 2 (or 3) companies, for unexplained reasons. With this transaction, Keisler secured the majority ownership of Pervasip, a company that is broke and deep in debt.
I expect than within 9 months, Kreisler will be richer, and Pervasip shareholders will be poorer, but how it will play his cards is quite unclear now.
