Let this play out before you rush to judgment and make any assumptions. The courts are littered with frivolous lawsuits, especially accusations involving these types of micro companies. If you don't believe so for one second then that is a classic. Remember, innocent until proven guilty! There are agendas behind these ridiculous lawsuits.
