We are all big boys and girls here. You have to be blind not see whats happening. Look at the downward trend pattern. It gets pumped up then pulled down hard. The CEO is doing very little to stop the bleeding. Scott is talking about jumping in to the big market but he's drowning in penny land. Either Scott is very optimistic or all this down trend is taking place intentionally. Who here believes that Scott is powerless against the stock price dropping? I personally believe he is sharp enough and resourceful to stop this. Yet nothing. All in my humble opinion.
