UPDATE: Spoke with Antonio on the phone just now.

Take this for what it's worth, be a naysayer, or be encouraged if you're on board and actually are wanting a good future with INCC.

I just talked to Antonio for about 20 minutes, and I'll give a basic sum up of a couple points that may or may not matter to others, but to me, are reassurance of where things are at.

1) Antonio was initially given the date of July 3rd for approval of water plan, that was backed up to July 20th simply because the short staffing and schedule of the people who do the approval. He spoke to her, she simply said it would be delayed and may be as late as July 20th - Not something he can control, obviously.

2) H County's licensing of course depends fully upon water approval, and at this point, the moratorium is not enacted or a real thing, and is supposedly being voted on/brought up at a meeting tomorrow, July 7th.

3) The license has not been submitted because they will not even look at the license application without an approved water plan, so there's no lies or deceit, they tried to submit the application, and was simply given back (along with the check) to INCC until they get water approval. This is why there's no proof anywhere online of a submitted application, because it technically has not been submitted/received , until they get a water plan approval, they won't even accept the submission.

4) The "backup plan" to MJ being grown on the property, is for the Hemp to be pushed hard. There's a LOT of HUGE technology being developed using hemp right now, and there's a huge need for it, because it is so strictly grown right now in the US as well.

5) The audit is still just as "in progress" as it has ever been, all Antonio can do is relay the dates he's given by the lawyers. The lawyers take their sweet time doing whatever it is they do, they have other preoccupations as well, and it isn't anything Antonio has control over. When they ask for something from him, he gives it to them, and they give him dates of when they should be done, which he relays to us, but that's proven pointless, so there's not much reason to update with new target dates on it being submitted. It's getting done as soon as he can get it done, as it's very much not under his control.

There was some other chatting, but overall he's really getting excited about the potential with Hemp it sounds like, and basically everything rides on the water approval, but even if that does not go through (which he sees no reason it wouldn't go through just fine, it was simply delayed) - there are other ways to solve the water issue in a timely manner as well.

Anyway, take it for what it's worth, and frankly I don't care a whole lot how this is received by everyone, but I know it will be encouraging or reassuring as an update to those who are actually behind what INCC is trying to do here.
