Sino Agro Food, Inc. Announces Payout Policy
A policy is rules and guidelines that must be adhered-to and have some sort of accountability assigned to.
This sounds more like a "plan", to me. It doesn't look like much is going to happen here outside of news, filings and real-world events. China woes likely will drag it down.
I am out, and back to my initial $8 position. Buying back on catalysts should be easy, as the awareness here is zero.
