Really just dumb this stock is in position it is. If i can see mid to high 2s ill sell half of whats left and hold much smaller portion. Real shame this stock getting beat up the way it is and still have the "i talked to Joel" people today. The guy has maybe not lied but has given half truth. Announcing a grand opening while lease is pending is a big tell as to how much detail he willing to give. Hoping for that "dead cat bounce" people refer to so someone else can have my shares
