In your email request to the transfer agent did you provide your name and contact information to include your phone number? If you did not you will not get a response back. Mike who works there will respond to you but you have to provide that info. I do and he respones back to me no problem. Heck last week he was even telling me how feed up he was of people requesting share structure info without giving their contact info and name. Don't shoot the messenger. It is just common courtesy.
