The preferred are 25M, of which 6M are outstanding.

Now the news to me thing.....the TA indicated that the company could has other preferred classes that they manage on their own. I was not aware of that, nor do I think it is a big issue.

The preferred are shown as 25M with 24M outstanding in the filings. So is the TA wrong or is the company full of crap?

What do They mean the company has preferred shares they manage on their own?? Isn't that what I have been saying ad infinitum? And you have been denying ad infinitum?

NOBODY KNOWS THE SHARE STRUCTURE OF THIS POS BUT "MANAGEMENT" AND THEY JUST MAKE IT UP AS THEY GO.

The information filed with the state of NEVADA, the information from the TA, and the information in the filings, ARE ALL DIFFERENT NUMBERS!!!
