I know the OTC is very risky as well but this seems to be a real company with real things happening. I am NOT going to say that I wasn't nervous at all but I just really have a good feeling about this and because it's where I live I can actually go and look at the property with my own eyes. that makes me feel a little better about the investment. I can hold as long as I need to as well depending on what happens in the next couple of weeks
