the A/S was reduced from 6Billion to 5oo Million shares. the O/S were reduced by 150. The 150 only affects shareholders of record as of July 27th. the O/S was around 2.4 Billion so that will become 16 million. what this does is allow Koos to continue to dilute shares of ENTB with a share structure that looks pretty good. but for anyone holding shares from the past will get screwed
