We remain unclear why there is a difference, but outstanding shares has not changed for a couple of months

Of course the outstanding shares have remained the same for a couple of months! That is because mgmt hasn't updated it yet. When the numbers are released before the CC you will see the increase. Hard to justify selling ATM shares at these prices if mgmt indeed knows what they have. Then again, they may know they have nothing. Every other company can make deals for money except mgmt. I should correct that and say real deals other than DIOS.

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 5 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW July 07 2015, 188 days past the year 2014. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.
