We are North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc, and through our subsidiary, American Seed & Oil Company, we are engaged in the cultivation of cannabis.

Our Company cultivates cannabis, including hemp in Vermont, United States, and marijuana in Maine, United States. We are also engaged in the processing of harvested hemp, and marijuana plants in order to deliver a variety of health and wellness consumer products, in addition to supplying commercial clients.

We also engage in the cannabis health and wellness consumer, in the development of cannabis infused products. Our health and wellness substances from medical marijuana include Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD).

Our Company's subsidiary, American Seed & Oil Company, sells the Dube Hemp Energy Drink, Hippie Butter Hemp Seed Foods, the EpiVape, and Hempster Clothing.
