IF and WHEN Phase Two begins, I will look up and take notice.
The fact that at this point all Wotton has said of late re: this matter are evasive and generalized terms such as "we are well positioned to begin Phase 2," etc. is a real cause for concern and tells me that he is for the zillionth time stalling for time and hoping that the words chose will somehow appease some naive investors and/or do not realize that delays, postponements, broken promises and missed deadlines are the opus moderandi/the rule rather than the exception with this company.
ps The company was "well positioned" and PROMISED by Wotton to have a jv in place by June 30th of this year, but for some unknown reason it got pushed back until supposedly the 4th quarter-get the picture!!!
