That's because there is no-one to do this, there is no interest is doing this renewal, no funds to do so & more importantly there is no need - if you are not doing any business why do you need a License?

Just further evidence that this company is now just an empty shell.
All assets lost, due to business failure caused by gross mismanagement by its Directors.
