Regardless of any "decision", if indeed there ever was one and any proof is submitted, it has absolutely NO affect on Deep Blue Marine. DBM has chosen a more positive and diplomatic approach, cultivating the relationships made over the last 10 years. There is still a holdup preventing resolution of the matter on both sides. But it is now a matter of weeks before that holdup is eliminated and the power of positivity held by all smart shareholders and astute investors comes to fruition.
