There is however an unnamed former accountant working for the Company (to "assist" Porter) under an NDA. Since the financials are so screwed up a third grader could do better, I have to assume the ex accountant is assisting the management in putting forth misleading information and half truths.

SCAM....layers and layers of SCAM!

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
