The Board was meeting directly after the meeting to decide on the % of R/S. I asked about the time frame until the actual Nasdaq listing and they said 3-5 weeks. They said they had to request a number and then Nasdaq monitors the stock to assure stock stability above $3. I would assume the RS would be enacted soon from what I heard.
