Jimmc. How can a reverse split possibly lead to dilution ? Dilution means MORE shares chasing the same original dollar amount. A reverse split DOES NOT dilute anything and LESSENS the number of shares out there. The bottom line dollar amount stays exactly the same however. A 1/2 doz or 6 each are the same animal - no ?
