"This company is great because the sun comes up in the east" is a lie, Doesn't matter if the sun coming up in the east is true or not. The entirety of the statement must be true or it is a lie.

So what is our share structure? And how does the TA know what the A/S is? They get the info from the management. And if the management is lying???

For example, There are 5M shares of Series A Preferred authorized yet the TA issued 24M at the "instructions" of Porter. (And the truth of that is not affected by the facts that "Management" had them issued to themselves to steal the company from the shareholders by obtaining 24B votes in the process of getting 22M commons for free!)

So we have 24M O/S out of 2M A/S?
