How weaponising the body’s immune system can deliver a cure for cancer

Nice article and the first thing I think of during that article are the nanobots that Eric Schmidt -ex-Google talked about...

------------

Eric Schmidt plans to swallow robots in the future

Oct 6, 2012

Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt's vision of the future is full of robots, including swallowing one every morning.

Schmidt described his projections of what his life will be like some day to attendees at his company's annual Zeitgeist sales conference in Paradise Valley, Ariz.,

The New York Times said Schmidt expects his bed to wake him in the morning and one of Google's driverless cars will take him to the office where various devices will return calls, schedule his calendar and do other routine tasks.

The robot he swallows will check to make sure his body is functioning correctly and let the doctor know what it finds.

Schmidt doesn't even expect to go to parties himself, sending a robot in his place.

"He'll have a good time and report back in the morning," Schmidt said.

The only question now is, was that really Schmidt that gave that talk on Monday or was it his doppelgänger robot twin?

Of course....then that makes me think of Eric Schmidt and Arthur Levinson that both sit on the BOD at "Broad Institute" and BI is directly tied into research collaborations with Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Two halves of the puzzle are being worked out right in front of us with just one link to connect everyone together. I do believe that Peregrine gave up on a partnership with Roche long ago, Art Levinson left Roche BOD to join CALICO. CALICO collaborates with UTSWM and Abbvie . On the flip side Peregrine collaborates with MSK. Does anyone think that Eric Schmidt and Art Levinson had played a part in getting MSK into PS Targeting ?? I would certainly say so... but heck, that would mean the very last piece of the puzzle to fall after more pieces possibly.... would be a collaboration is announced or more... between CALICO and PEREGRINE PHARMACEUTICALS.

Some will understand better with a little timeline below ...

May 29, 2015 (Memorial Sloan Kettering and Peregrine Pharmaceuticals)

---------------------------------------------------

Next would be to dig deeper into all monies that came in... like back in 2014 just to see if any more puzzle pieces can be found...but to me, I'd say my #1 pick of CALICO is looking all on target and remember, Peregrine has that $150M shelf set aside for someone like a CALICO with voting rights to pick up and with the market cap under $300M that could be around 50% ownership to CALICO and I'm sure they would like those voting rights and stock to multiply with future 3 for 1 splits.
