Oh....Yeah...

With the Amazing relationship we currently have with the government in Russia, I don't think we will see Russia giving any more refined Uranium to the USA soon...

That program called Megatons to Megawatts started in 1990 and Ended January 2014. In which former Soviet dismantled warheads were dismantled, reduced in strength and sold mainly to US power plants as nuclear fuel. It precipitated the crash of Uranium prices as no one could compete with the supply of Russia.

Now Russia is building plants in China, India, and even in Russia for electricity and they need all the Uranium to stock the plant as King Yukon used to post.

Because of Japan ' s accident the demand now is low but when it does increase there will be little supply to meet it.

So don't discount Uranium yet....
