Unbelievable. The Chinese intervening in the market because there was a healthy 30% correction. Lowering interest rates, halting IPO's (WTF?) and setting up funds. These guys are worse than Americans.

They are protecting 100 P/E stocks while nobody cares about 0.5 P/E stocks trading on OTC.
