But if John Griffin bought AHFD and it was in his group of companies, then he could sell to Ariix direct and they could make AHFD's products available to their distributor's that way.
Since John Griffin seems to be a large distributor for Arixx and part of their core group they may allow that.
BB Capital could be involved as capital for expanding AHFD's production that they would need a.s.a.p.
