I depends on what they are voting for and how people understand it. If yes then we have a deal really soon. If no well Yanis just said they have a contract they would sign on the dots on Monday but the people must vote no.


You see if they vote yes then they sign the deal bankers brought to them on the 25th.

If they vote no then they go after a deal that is on their terms.
