25% Dilution in 3 months and it could be 25% more. No one knows, so let's stick with what we know, which is that Nate has has watered down the value of NHMD stock by 25% and given Joseph Wade the spoils.

Why would Nate give Joseph Wade essentially a million dollars in stock for consulting fees? How much is that an hour for one man to consult Nate to give Joseph Wade 50% of all of the profits of Nate's Food while NHMD shareholders aren't getting any of one-half of the profits that Nate gave to Joseph Wade?

Why aren't investors outraged that Nate is giving away the farm when NHMD shareholders don't have a say? Where are the board of directors? Where is the accountability? The only way shareholders can vote against the outrageous transfer of wealth to Nate and his pals is for shareholders to vote with their money by selling the stock. I don't see any other option.
