I know many of you are chomping at the bit for a countersuit to be filed in this Fed suit, especially now in light of the shareholder's expert witness report, but I believe it's best to wait until after the depositions of Exobox' PMK and former CEO occur. Depending on the testimonies in these depositions, there may be other people that shareholders may want to add to their countersuit(s).
