Just because it has been said in the 8k doesn't mean it should be true.
It's all about the WORDING.
A company can say something like we "EXPECT" 800 million in revenues. See what I did there? I used "expect" which means it doesn't have to be true and is just something projected. Most pennies use this exact wording, vague and unclear. They don't have to be held to it because they used "maybe" type wording.
This isn't the first time this has happened. We need actual proof of money flow coming in.
There's nothing wrong with questioning why a stock worth pennies is now saying they're going to make 200-800 million dollars.
