According to Arctic the a-shares doesnt impact on the listing process directly, meaning it doesn't stop you from being able to list but I agree with Empty on the rest.
You will have a hard time getting institutions to invest with the power structure we have today. And without instis it's hard to increase pps and we need a higher valuation to secure a bond at favourable terms.
We need to have minority shareholder protection, it's been done in other companies with strong voting shares
or majority owners. I share others view that we can and should still secure a structure that gives Solomon power over operation

I have not personally talked to Solomon about the a-shares but I know others have. He is aware that this situation constitutes "some issues" for his advisors. It needs to be resolved! I'm not aware of the status but I have personally addressed it with the CFO and I know that others also have addressed this as something that needs to be addressed with the highest sense of urgency
