You have got to be kidding me.
Great reason, can't afford a house? Oh I'll just get a loan that will cost me 100 times what the house is worth.
If you can't afford it, don't take the loan. On top of that, don't scam your investors by not complying with the law and tell them how many millions of shares you are diluting until after the damage has been done.
These guys should all be locked up.
Unfortunately this country is too busy throwing pot smokers in prison to put the real crooks away.
