Sorry to hear THCZ is doing so poorly or is injured in some way.
I thought Jerry was thrilled with all the progress. I guess with this lawsuit it's clear that they're hurting though and wanting to recoup some losses.

I wonder if poor sales is going to be a part of the attempt to claim damages. I know THCZ has been careful to not mention any figures pertaining to sales. Maybe it's been dreadfully poor and those 1,700,000 cans of RMH are all stacked outside in the sun somewhere.

It's all just looking like such a big train wreck.
We all know nobody wins lawsuits except lawyers.

Speaking of damages, wont they have to prove that the company had some sort of stellar reputation and that somehow this one person injured it? Funny.
