Snow, it is an issue, what we need is to have a respectful discussion with Solomon and see what he can live with. He is a sensible man, intelligent and I do believe he cares about shareholders. We can work this out. No one has to lose, no one. My only take is a sense of urgency needs to be had, I don't want to lose momentum to competitors or have something unforeseen happen. We have a great story, a tremendous company. As Solomon has said the value is there, we just need to find a way for the market to recognize it. The super voting shares are standing in our way.
