That is why I don't think there will be any new CDs in the next 10Q. They know better NOW .. And I doubt they would want to have intent. It won't look good if they got more CDs, gagged the TA, and Offor had bought a bunch of shares on the open market without filing a form 4 (which we will see if true in the 10k (not 10Q)).

I think Offor did buy shares on those high volume days...but I can't know for sure.

Hence, I arrive to two conclusions:

1) no more CDs. Especially now that they own so many shares themselves

And two, we need to join them, if it truly is a heist by

2) Buying dilution insurance

Plus, don't forget KABOOM!
