It will survive like any other stock. Will it be worth what it once was? No idea. Will they ever get their act together and release what they promise? Seems likely, but again, can't say for certain.

The only thing creating panic does is help short selling, unless that is your goal?

All pot stocks are lingering mostly in the same tbd zone. The law is a big hiccup to some. CBDS is at least ahead of the game more than a few of them. Will that last? Valid question.

Maybe they'll give some straight forward, positive, non spin worthy news in the near future to clear things up. One can only hope.
