Yes, there was a missed opportunity here to potentially work back to a dime for shareholders. However, if they really are a debt-free operation I would take that over the hype, and more debt, any day. So often these companies throw out a lot of [shareholder's] money to make big noise only to be forced into additional notes/dilution or even bankruptcy to cover the unmittigated costs. I want to see their financials.
