So, when we do the -- after we’ve traded above the $4 level for 30 days and after we meet other requirements, we will be able to uplist to the NASDAQ and at the same time that we satisfy those requirements, we will also do a financing. As you probably are aware, we recently filed the Form S-3, which is now effective, which will allow us to do a public offering, a shelf offering. And this in effect will be our initial public offering since we’ve not done a public offering previously. So, that should occur at the time of the NASDAQ uplist during the third quarter
