maybe the reverse split is not what stock holders and potential holders want.... I know the idea turns me off and will make me wait to see how the issue behaves once it is on Nasdaq for a while..my experience, unlike that of someone else's here, is that reverse splits are not greeted with enthusiasm no matter the reason for it and the stock drops a significant amount afterwards. I will wait.
