They also said months. It's been almost 3 months and we have yet to see any empirical evidence of shares being returned.
How about this? When they know 100% they have started returning shares, then come out and say "hey guys we just started returning shares"
Again, I think they'll return shares. But they NEED to think about how people perceive their promises that they don't follow up on.
Simple as that.
