All you write is IYO (in your opinion) right?

a) nowhere in the SEC filings they talk about a Sept conversion date.

b) even if you were right, you're assuming a conversion rate of 0.001. You don't know what the pps will be in Sept. If for argument's sake it's 0.75, they will only have to convert 100K shares.

c) everything in your doomsday scenario, or anybody else's rosy or not scenario is pure speculation.
