it was never in my mind to sell fraudulent share's ,the Share's I sold total $ 40 K being legitimate issued and from the Transfer Agent
send to the buyer ,I got 2 wire for $ 20 K each and send $ 12 k back ( BTW this share never entered the Market ) all wild speculation
you invested in the company are wrong ,I never got a penny from you Guys ! you did by share from your Broker firm not from me or the company
this share's belong to Mr.Smith etc. and he or her got from his Broker the money you a pay for it ,Smokfree did not get 1 penny from this
transaction's ! I did not get like cyberbullymouse always say any Parts from Alibaba etc.
I was turning the Company over to G.Roth but beside a lot of blah,blah and empty promises I got nothing ,by Law I can not take
the company back what is a shame .and yes I overt G.R. many times my helpwhat he not was taking ,he was / is to busy with udder Deals!
BTW.: the first one in this Sting Operation was the Actor Es Strata ( he was playing in Chip's a Motorcycle Cop )
I did from the money not get one penny it was going all to Paten attorney etc. + I was able to bring more than $ 300 K in the company 4 weeks later
I proof this in the Court of Law,
I made a big mistake I trusted my Finance advisor who made the transaction and all email etc. are true him ,like my Attorney stated the like to got him
he was the Target and I was the collateral Damage !
The DTC Chill has nothing to do with my Jail time or the SEC ,some Broker firms war selling naked Share's to the Public even if I would be not
in this Sting Operation we would got the DTC Chill ,I know for fact a SEC Attorney was trying to lift it and the DTC did not tell him up to day why the did it and what he has to do to,to get it off.
