I doubt it. Because if such was the direction intended. That is something that could have been plainly and easily conveyed to shareholders as the reason for the RS. Nothing has been really stated concerning the RS except to look out for share holders. Really? How?

This is probably as deceptive as all other statements have been regarding everything with this comapny and its relation to its shareholders.
