I tend to trust Dan as well but being a shareholder is no reason to trust.
After there is nobody who has held shares longer than Scott. You have issues with him but he is the longest and largest shareholder here.

So far Dans fails can be chalked up to inexperience. Scott's fails are because Scott is not even trying to do what is needed. He can olny succeed if he does what is needed instead of what he wants.
