Ultradata Systems Retires Golden Gate Investors Convertible Debenture
Ultradata Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: UDTA.OB) today announced that it has paid off its debt to Golden Gate Investors (GGI) incurred in February 2005 in a convertible debenture transaction. This action is in accordance with the agreements announced June 5, 2006, as part of the restructuring of the Company disclosed at that time in a filing on Form 8-K and in the accompanying press release.
