To start off, unlike most companies trading on the pink sheets Boreal Water Collection Inc. has a 75,000-square-foot factory. They use this factory to bottle their many lines of premium water that are available throughout the United States, Canada, and now China as well. Here is an image of the factory:

Next, let's talk about the share structure of the company, and the possibilities of a buyback, or a buyout. Here is the current share structure:

Float: 1,449,853,789 a/o Jun 19, 2015

The company plans to uplist to the OTCQB at some point in the future, this requires a minimum share price of $0.01. With the current share structure of 4,057,594,527 shares, a share price of $0.01 would value the company at $40,575,945. Not completely out of the question, but unlikely. So, that leaves the company only a few ways to achieve a share price of $0.01. There's a reverse split, however the CEO has stated that she will not do a reverse split so that option out of the question. That leaves us with a share buyback, or a buyout. In emails to the CEO she was asked the possibility of a share buyback or buyout, her response was this, "You are bringing some very good points. All of which I am working on as we speak… I hope to finalize something very soon. Things take time to negotiate and to finally happen… I cannot announce or divulge anything until it is firm and complete. Please understand my position!" Now from that response you could be almost certain that there's going to be a share buyback, a buyout, or some other very substantial news.

This picture was taken at a international water expo in China. Boreal competed in a water tasting competition during the expo and won a silver medal!

Boreal Baby Water was recently made available is over 300 Vanguard supermarkets throughout China! Here's a bit about Vanguard, the company has reached over 100 center cities in 27 provincial regions in China. In 2012, the Group accomplished a sales volume of $10.7 billion throughout 4425 stores with over 200,000 employees.

This company has massive growth potential, they already have millions in revenue, and tens of millions in contracts. They're expanding in the U.S., and in China. They recently became debt-free after getting rid of over $800,000 of debt. The CEO is doing everything she can to create shareholder value, she emails us about the company and doesn't give us misleading information. She has followed through on everything she has said so far. I cannot find a reason to not buy this stock, this kind of company in the pinks is almost unheard of. It's a no-brainer.
