I know this is clear to most, but,
You do realize that PV was signing that doc. that was for the 1st Qtr. ENDING March of 2015.
It was only FILED later, within the ALLOTED time of 45 days after the quarter ended.
So, it seems he was signing papers for a period for which HE WAS the CEO.
