Without the huge AS there would be a huge amount of liability. Take a look at convertible preferred shares. Each B share is convertible to $5.00 worth of commons. That along with convertible debts will keep the OS increasing. Its been a decent trade lately as long as you're in before the news. Not a longterm investment stock IMO. Good luck.
