Dude, thinking they are just now finding out via twitter is utter ridiculous. They have known the situation for a long time and chosen to press ahead because of what Ultrflix has to offer them, and that is very clear from all the promotions those companies have been doing in the major retailers. Sorry, but the whole "Foley" issue is a dead one, Ultraflix not stopping.....and the major studios are jumping on board as well.
