Company is incorporated in Utah. Announcement of Shareholders meeting has been 30 days in advance for the past four years unless I'm very much mistaken. And yes, a 25-30% cut in income for management until we start to bring in income from the tech is not too musch to ask in my humble opinion. Wishing everyone a GREAT return on investment THIS year! Too much to ask? Maybe, but it's what I hope for all.
