You already have "Happy Hour" for 24 hours every day. :)

Others can buy the same subscription and get all the premium features like you have with the ability to post all day and night for less than 28 cents per day. That seems pretty reasonable.

Then they can have ad-free message board viewing for an additional 33 cents per day.
