Started with 5M preferred and lists 5M preferred still there, so did he create more after conversion or did he just raise the number of shares to start? I imagine he had to raise the number of shares simply because there aren't enough to pay off the note.

Ever get the feeling there are people out there who have a bet to see who can do the most ridiculous sh*t and still get people buy it?
